Watch out...future Accountant!!!

The other day I found Brooklyn sitting counting her money!! Daddy was so proud of her!!! All I have to say about that is...Watch out world!!! She loves to go to the bank with her dad. She even has her own bank account. =) Jay is working with her to know the difference between a penny, nickel, dime, and quarter. She is actually doing very well. Her are some pictures I took of her counting her money!!

I know...I know...

Sooooo sorry I haven't posted anything in a while. I have been busy doing things around the house, work is keeping me busy, and Jay has been gone on business. We are all doing well and can't wait for winter to be OVER. We are suppose to get another winter strom this week with a total of 4-8 inches...like we need more snow!!! =) I am praying that we do not get the snow. =)

Brooklyn is doing well in her new school and learning so much. The teacher has been so impressed with her learning skills so that made us happy. She loves her Spanish teacher. I am glad we made the switch she is learning so much. Brook's birthday party is coming up so fast and she can't wait. Hope you all can make it!

Crazy Little Girl.....

Brooklyn loves to play pop boxes!! She thinks they make great hats. She was being so funny the other night I just had to take some pictures of her wearing her "funny hat."

Well, it is hard to believe she is going to be 4 this March. She is getting so big so fast. I will post something soon about her party. I am pretty sure it will be on the 16th of March.

Matt we are glad you are home now!!! We just hope you are able to stay home and get feeling better. We love you guys bunches.

Update on Matt

I am sending out this post on Matt because Shelly is working late tonight and we have many members of our family that check Shelly's blog for an update.

Matt is still in the hospital and experiencing a lot of pain. He is on some medication to try and make him more comfortable. He is scheduled for a colonoscopy tomorrow which will hopefully help the doctors pinpoint exactly what is wrong....as they still are not sure what exactly is going on in Matt's body.

Additionally, Cindy is heading down tomorrow to provide Matt, Lindsey and Elle some much needed support and TLC. We know she will be a blessing to them during their time of need.

Please continue to pray for Matty and family. For Matty & Family...I hope you can feel the love and support of the "Michigan Crew" who continue to lift you up in prayer. There isn't anything we woudn't do for you guys!

Stuck in the Snow....Look at old pictures!!!!

I love going through old pictures!!! This is what I did with my time today since I was stuck in the snow at mom and dad's. Some are sooo good!! I love seeing how BIG our kids have gotten!! I hope you all have a great day and stay warm ( that is for the Michigan people only) =) Love you all

It is now 1:30pm and I am still at mom's trying to get my car out of the drive way!!! =) FUN times in Michigan. Moving down south is looking great right about now!!!!!!!! =)

I love this NEW product and $aving money!!!

My new favorite cleaning products!!! I love them! =) I do have to admit that I am not the best at being "Earth friendly", but Jay and I are doing our best to get that way.

The smell of regular products is so harsh and they give me such a headache that I needed to find something that worked for me and something that I would be happy with the results. The Clorox "Green Works" really are a great product. They have a Lime scent which is great and still smells clean without smelling harsh. They are also not too terribly expensive. You can also find coupons for these products which also helps keep co$t down. So if you have been looking for something different to use...try Green Works...I love it!!!

Now for saving money: Which we all want to do!!!!

I have always been into cutting out coupons, but just recently I have kicked the savings into "high gear" by cutting out coupons!!! =) It is almost a game for me to see how much money I can save this week. It is awesome!!! For example: I went to Kroger and spent $50 and saved about $30, of course I was excited! Now, Kroger does double their coupons up to a $1.00, which is awesome, but not all stores do this!!!

Now, with Wal-mart they do have lower prices on almost everything, but they do not double coupons at all. So when things are on sale at Kroger and I have a coupon for that item I get it at Kroger, of course!!! Somethings you can get items for almost FREE, which is awesome!!!

So if you like to save more money, try cutting out coupons and look at all the sale adds. Some days I go to 2 different stores to save. Sometimes, drugstores have really good deals on canned goods, milk, diapers, meds, cereal, and eggs!!! I know this sounds funny to get these things at a drugstore, but it is true!!!
