It's That Time of Year Again.......

Friday we (Jay and I) spent all day shopping for Christmas presents. We had

a wonderful time shopping together and just spending time together. Friday night we decided it was time to finish decorating the trees. Brooklyn was so very excited. =)

We love this time of year!!! I love all the light, colors and smells of Christmas!!!

Brooklyn loves to help decorate the trees. We can't wait for next Christmas with the boys!! I will have lots of help next year decorating the trees!!!! =) I often wonder what Levi and Noah will be doing for Christmas this year!! It makes me sad that we don't have the boys home for Christmas this year and the thought of them being by themselves for Christmas drives me crazy!!!! They should be home with us.... our FAMILY!!!! I can't wait for them to come home!!! We were told that could not send them presents because of to many children in the orphanage that don't have families waiting for them. It is so sad to me. They told us they don't celebrate Christmas in the orphanage which means...NO TREE...NO PRESENTS...NO ON EVERYTHING!!!! We wish we could adopt more and maybe in the future we will!!!

What are you Thankful for????

These are the things I am MOST THANKFUL for.......

*Jesus Christ-He is a God that provides, He is a God that is righteous, He is a God that will never leaves us!

*My wonderful Husband. He is the BEST thing that has ever happened to me and I LOVE him very much. He works hard for us everyday so we never have to go without!!! Thanks Sweetie!!! He is the BEST father and Brooklyn thinks so too!!!

*Brooklyn is the sunshine of my day and I thank God for her daily!!! I love you sweet girl!!!

*My family!!! I have an awesome family!!! My Parents are GREAT and are always watching Brooklyn. My brothers are the best I could ever ask for. They are all a little crazy, but I still love them. =) My sister-in-laws are awesome. Thanks boys for picking out some great girls!!! =) Grandma Corey, I love you and thank God everyday for you!! Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces and Nephews. I love you all!!!

*Being a hairstylist!!! I love to make people feel better about themselves. I love to help my family save money on haircuts!!!

*My beautiful house!!! I love my house...it is not just a house, but a home that is always warm and inviting!!!!

*Adoption!!! With out it my husband and I would not have the STRESS and longing to hold and see our boys!! I can't wait...our end is almost here!!! Thank you, Lord!!! Sometimes, I sit and wonder what they are doing!! I know at this time they are still sleeping. Hopefully, they will have a great day.

My list could go on and on, but I have a limited time and space, but these are the things that I am most thankful for. Take time this week and really think of all the things you are thankful for. I love all of you and Hope you all have a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving!!!

Guess what everyone???? Brooklyn just got a letter from Santa and video telling her she was a good girl and that she is on the nice list!!!! Thank you Santa (aka Uncle Chris) so much for sending her a letter. She was so happy to hear from you and she loved the video!!! =)

New Pictures of the Boys....

We are always excited to get mail from our agency. I love the new pictures of the boys. It is sad to see how fast they are growing. I don't like missing them growing up, but it is nice for them to send pictures and updates on what they eat, what they are doing, and how they are interacting with others. I have decided I am going to make the boys there own scrapbooks of all the pictures and letter we get from them. It will be just something to back on and from them to see where they came from!!!! =)

We just can't wait to pick them up and bring them HOME!!!

PS. on a side note....Brooklyn is feeling better today. She does have a double ear infection, but she is feeling lotsssss better!!! I am still not feeling great, but able to stand up right...which is a good thing. =)

Breakfast Egg Bake....

Breakfast Egg Bake

You will need eggs, cheese, sausage, bacon, crescent rolls, and spices!!

*sorry, some are not pictured

I used precooked bacon because it was easier!! Cut bacon into small pieces and set aside for later

Cook sausage at this time and set aside as well!!!

Spray your pan with pam or whatever you normally use.
Spread crescent rolls out and make sure you press the lines together.

Once you have the crescent rolls ready to go.....mix up the eggs, milk, and spices

Layer the sausage, bacon, and eggs. Add as much cheese as you want ( a lot is good.)
Place in the oven and cook!!!

Once it is done add some more cheese to make an awesome crust.
Let stand for 5 -10 mins before cutting!!!

Now enjoy!!!!

What you will need to make this awesome breakfast bake!!!

13x9 pan

Oven set at 350

30-40 mins or until center is set

6 eggs

1 cup milk

cheese

spices to your liking

bacon

sausage

crescent rolls

*you can add veggies or different kinds of meat. Feel free to spice it up a bit!!! =)
