First Day of K-4

She was so excited this morning when she woke up. Most mornings I have to pull her out of bed, but not today.....she jump out of bed and got ready to go to school!!! It is hard to watch them grown up and do "big-girl" things. If only we could lock them up so they can't grow up!!!! ;)

Our Weekend......

I LOVE weekends that I don't have to work!! It is nice to be able to spend time with my family and get things done around the house!!

*On Sunday we turned Brooklyn's baby room into her new playroom!! I will NOT be showing before pictures because it was to bad for pictures. lol So here are the after pictures!! I love starting something and being able to finish it all in one day!!! That stuff makes me happy!!! She loves her new playroom and she loves having a toy box (thanks to Uncle Matty) to put all her toys in.

The toy box which is full to the top!!! Thank you, Matt so much for making Brooklyn her first toy box. She loves it and likes to use it as a table too.

*On Saturday Jay's mom called and said she was at Grandma's house. So we went see them. Grandma T has some beautiful sunflowers. I have never seen such a big sunflower as this one and it was beautiful.

Since we were in the area we decided we needed to go and see Papa and Grandma W.

Papa chickens are getting big and we got to take a dozen brown eggs home with us!!! There is nothing better then brown eggs...fresh eggs that don't cost almost $2. =)

So we had a great weekend....it was relaxing even though we kept ourselves busy.

I think Brooklyn is getting my sinus infection so please pray that she doesn't get sick and miss her first week of school. That would be horrible for her to miss that!!!

Jason informed me that U of M has there first football game this Saturday!!!!

The first football game is the first sign of fall coming. Now, I LOVE fall, but hate what comes after!!! Yuck!!!


He also had is first NFL Fantasy Football Draft last night. He was so excited to go last night!!!

Football season here we come....

Well...I am back!!!

Sorry everyone our phone line and internet were down for a few days. I know you all missed me!!!! HAHAHA!!

We have had a great week....busy week!!!! I have been sick with a sinus infection...YUCK!! We went school shopping and she had to get her Hannah Montana gear. I wanted her to get this really cute Hello Kitty gear, but no way was she getting that!!! lol She is sooooo opinionated!!! Tuesday we cut and color mom hair which turned out beautiful! Then on Wednesday I went back to work. I am glad I have today off. We are going to Grandma T's house to visit with her and Jason's mom.

Taste the Rainbow....

The other day we had a small thunder storm and when it was done we look out our window to see a full RAINBOW!!! It was so neat. The Picture doesn't do it justice, but I had to take a

shot of the rainbow. Brooklyn thought it was so neat because she could see all the colors of the rainbow!
