Our sweet little boy, Noah

Our sweet little man, Levi
Lost in all the craziness of our December was the fact that we have been updating all of our adoption documents to prepare them for the court process in Taiwan. After about 2 months of updating almost everything, Jason was able to send our updated documents out on December 19th. This week, we received notification that all of our documents have been submitted to the courts in Taiwan and that is the last step before we go pick up the boys! Now, the documents have to go through the entire court process and then we will be given a travel date. We are guarded, but from what we are being told we will be traveling in a couple months to complete this crazy process we call international adoption! These are the pictures that we were given today, and we are so excited to see how our boys have grown. We could easily focus on the mess that this whole process has been, and how we have missed over a year of their lives for no reason. Instead, we choose to rest in God because we know He has a plan. And if/when we can get our precious boys home, we will have the rest of their lives to enjoy them."But these things I plan won't happen right away. Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled. If it seems slow, be patient! For it will surely take place. It will not be late by a single day." Habakkuk 2:3
Stop telling God how BIG your storm is--Instead tell your storm how BIG your God is!!

at the the point when you said you have done everything that needs to be done before they send you the "pick up" date my breathe was taken away-like it is finally done, your finally there, and there is no real reason to believe you will not be bringing those boys home.
you guys fought for them, waited for them, and LOVED them over this past year. as hard as it is to not have them in your arms, it was time well spent.
i can understand why you are guarded but i am super excited to meet them!!!!!!!!!!!
There aren't words!!!! We are thrilled for you. Just absolutely thrilled!!!!!!
Praise God! Chris and I are so excited! God does have the best plan, and all of it was for a reason that is for sure! He makes no mistakes :) It is so great to hear that your boys are almost home. We will keep praying. Wow! Wow! Wow! is all I can say. We are thrilled. Lots of joyful screams are coming your way from SC. We just can't wait to hug on them and meet them too someday in the near future.
The boys have really grown and are cute little boys. I know you are excited.
that is so great! I can't wait to meet them. Can you just imagine next Christmas when all the boys will be together? What a mad house.
Shelly, Thanks for the update!!! I can't wait to meet them. Looking forward to the day when you "finally" get to bring them home for good.

I love the verse you chose because that is key to our lives, choosing to be positive. So many times we focus ont the negative and not look forward. GOOD JOB! It will be so much fun to LOVE HUG KISS and have them know we are with them FOREVER!! I am proud of you and jay. It has been a hard road and many people have been neg but you kept the faith and let the other stuff fluff off, and that is hard at time but good job.
Love you bunches.
Mom
